Talked with agent Mason who was able to extend my subscription asap without any pain VPN itself is decent - not as feature rich as ExpressVPN or Nord but for the price point does the job and is available on multiple platforms including Smart TVs.

AUIvacy has my lifetime support Signed up for lifetime subscription in 2019, and just had it expired in April 2024. I wasn't sure if it was believable back in 2019 that it can be extended by reaching out to their support. Here we are in 2024, I reached out to their support and James responded. He extended my subscription for another 5 years, no questions asked. Great support and VPN service!
