I reached out to their support and James responded. He extended my subscription for another 5 years, no questions asked. Great support and VPN service! Love the support and the VPN Service. ATI purchased a lifetime membership via… I purchased a lifetime membership via stack social and just had to extend it, since you have to renew it every 5 years. I talked to James and he was super helpful and is extending my membership. Very happy with the customer service.
