Talked with agent Mason who was able to extend my subscription asap without any pain VPN itself is decent - not as feature rich as ExpressVPN or Nord but for the price point does the job and is available on multiple platforms including Smart TVs.

CALifetime subscription fixed immediately I had bought a lifetime subscription that expired after 5 years for some reason. Contacted Ivacy support and they replied almost immediately by email and gave me a chat link. On the chat James renewed my subscription immediately. Thank you!

GBI love the constant updates to the app I love the constant updates to the app. Been using these guys for years and they only get better.
