GBI love the constant updates to the app I love the constant updates to the app. Been using these guys for years and they only get better. I had one issue with my account that I could not figure out but I contacted James at their tech support. He was awesome to deal with and got me all straightened out in nothing flat. AUSigned up for lifetime subscription on 27 April 2019 Signed up for lifetime subscription on 28 April 2019, and just had it expired on 27 April 2024. I reached out to their support and James responded. He extended my subscription for another 5 years, no questions asked. Great support and VPN service! Love the support and the VPN Service. DETerrible product Terrible product. Constantly not accepting password. Supposed to have help line but impossible to get through. AVOID!
