Awesome and needful assessment I absolutely enjoyed the line of questions. I looked forward to the outcome of the assessment to read the advice and the categories where I fall completely under ex: (stress management etc.) and the ones, not so much. The constructive criticism was great and areas I will continue to work on.

What I didn't think about myself. Finding out my strength according to your assessment. I never considered myself a persuasive person but more of an inclusive person. Seldom did I think I might not fit in as well as those who I encountered. I felt comfortable in thinking I was welcomed as well as others who I was meeting for the first time. Customers, I approach in the same fashion. Meeting people for the first time is crucial to get the sale or project started. Any apprehension or lack of professionalism can be devastating to moving forward with the sale, Your first impression is critical. I believe the same holds true in a working environment as it is the goal of the project that is important. In my mind, differences in personalities and thoughts give diverse ideas and input when completing the task at hand. This especially holds true when a problem arises that wasn't anticipated or requires having to move in a different direction. Most of the time we have our responsibilities in regard to our job. However, this changes when working with others in achieving success. The questions made me think about how I need to be cognizant of how I conduct myself when I am performing specific functions and what I have learned and done learned throughout my working life. So I leave with this, I is a part of them, they, we and us.

I enjoyed the presentation process that… I enjoyed the presentation process that I was subjected to by Wayfair. it was a true learning experience in the interviewing process. This was the first “assessment” I have…Excellent idea This was the first “assessment” I have been asked to fill out in my recent job search. No matter the outcome I will take the information provided and be able to use it to help find what I am looking for in a career. This was unexpected and very helpful.

Never thought I'd say that I enjoyed a… Never thought I'd say that I enjoyed a job application assessment, but here we are; I absolutely did! I like that the assessment was useful to me in learning my strengths and opportunities, as it is for the employer. The tips and insights at the end were really helpful and I appreciated that I could download a copy. Going through the assessment was easy. Sometimes I feel like those questions are nuanced where I have more than one answer, but these were direct making it easy to answer. The "agree - disagree" scale was appropriate for these questions too, and made it easy to identify my answer. I enjoyed the UI and the easy functionality too. Kudos to the team that designed this!
