I looked forward to the outcome of the assessment to read the advice and the categories where I fall completely under ex: (stress management etc.) and the ones, not so much. The constructive criticism was great and areas I will continue to work on.

I would hire me It was fine. When it started to feel repetitive; It Seems like a curveball would try to sneak by. For example. A certain question asked a few times just worded slightly different. Then comes a question completely different and requires the reader( me) to understand the question and may require redirecting my thinking.
