Being given the final result as a core discription of strengths and aptitudes was definitely unexpected and extremely worth IT. Even seeing what you are needing to work on and the suggestions to support it.

This experience has been very helpful to review my areas of strengths and weaknesses. I will use the provided information and work on my adaptability. I was an interesting test and I loved…the insightful and positive feedback I was an interesting test and I loved the fact that I received instant feed back on the results of the test. I must say though that some of the questions I found a little difficult to answer as I see others individually and because of that it was hard to answer definitively some of the generalized questions about others. I thank you very much for allowing me to take your test and for you result and positive insight and input. Smile and make the rest of the world wonder what you have been up to and don't forget a smile can change a person's day.

I loved my Cangrade feedback! I absolutely loved my Cangrade experience. It was very spot on with how I see myself and I like the advice that was given pertaining to my needing to delegate. Awesome and needful assessment I absolutely enjoyed the line of questions. I looked forward to the outcome of the assessment to read the advice and the categories where I fall completely under ex: (stress management etc.) and the ones, not so much. The constructive criticism was great and areas I will continue to work on.
