Never thought I'd say that I enjoyed a… Never thought I'd say that I enjoyed a job application assessment, but here we are; I absolutely did! I like that the assessment was useful to me in learning my strengths and opportunities, as it is for the employer. The tips and insights at the end were really helpful and I appreciated that I could download a copy. Going through the assessment was easy. Sometimes I feel like those questions are nuanced where I have more than one answer, but these were direct making it easy to answer. The "agree - disagree" scale was appropriate for these questions too, and made it easy to identify my answer. I enjoyed the UI and the easy functionality too. Kudos to the team that designed this!

I was an interesting test and I loved…the insightful and positive feedback I was an interesting test and I loved the fact that I received instant feed back on the results of the test. I must say though that some of the questions I found a little difficult to answer as I see others individually and because of that it was hard to answer definitively some of the generalized questions about others. I thank you very much for allowing me to take your test and for you result and positive insight and input. Smile and make the rest of the world wonder what you have been up to and don't forget a smile can change a person's day.

I loved my Cangrade feedback! I absolutely loved my Cangrade experience. It was very spot on with how I see myself and I like the advice that was given pertaining to my needing to delegate. I would love to know if this exercise is available for individuals to take outside of this platform, as I know a couple of people that would love this and find it as helpful as I did. Very interesting and Useful! This test was very interesting! It is always good to be able to evaluate yourself at different times during our life. This was fun and hopefully will communicate to you that I would be GREAT at this Customer Service position. I am an Interior Designer/Decorator with my own business, (21 years of experience) and I bring many clients to Wayfair! I would be proud to be on your team! You're doing the best job of all the e-commerce websites of getting to become a household name! Good customer service is the MOST important thing and you seem to be providing it! Marie Given
