I very much enjoyed this assessment I very much enjoyed this assessment. It made me think and it made me answer questions that I would probably have not been comfortable answering in the past, but I answered them as truthfully, and accurately as I could. At the end, I got to see where my strengths were and where I need to improve, and I really appreciate that because not a lot of people will ever tell you that.

I loved my Cangrade feedback! I absolutely loved my Cangrade experience. It was very spot on with how I see myself and I like the advice that was given pertaining to my needing to delegate. I would hire me It was fine. When it started to feel repetitive; It Seems like a curveball would try to sneak by. For example. A certain question asked a few times just worded slightly different. Then comes a question completely different and requires the reader( me) to understand the question and may require redirecting my thinking.
