Wayfair is a great company to work with and I enjoyed the processI enjoyed the process I enjoyed the process. I was most excited that Wayfair wants to really connect with the client. I have worked for Southwest Airlines in the past and I think their ability to not have a written in stone application. I enjoyed the contest and the recognition. Wayfair employees show their joy in their jobs you can hear it in the voices. I would love the opportunity to work with clients building their nest. Making a house a home. I would hire me It was fine. When it started to feel repetitive; It Seems like a curveball would try to sneak by. For example. A certain question asked a few times just worded slightly different. Then comes a question completely different and requires the reader( me) to understand the question and may require redirecting my thinking.

Very interesting test Very interesting test, very thought provoking. Pushed me to determine how much of a leader I can be and how independently I like to work.
