USThis experience has been very helpful to review my areas of strengths and weaknesses. I will use the provided information and work on my adaptability. I consider this review to be useful by giving me another perspective on personality traits that are useful and those that require a bit of work. Thanks Wayfair and Cangrade! I guess you truly did have just what I needed!😊

USI very much enjoyed this assessment I very much enjoyed this assessment. It made me think and it made me answer questions that I would probably have not been comfortable answering in the past, but I answered them as truthfully, and accurately as I could. At the end, I got to see where my strengths were and where I need to improve, and I really appreciate that because not a lot of people will ever tell you that.

USThe importance of assessments The were pretty straight forward ,and I like how the assessment hit my characteristics on the nose. It's pretty cool to see how the questions were able to accurately interpret my traits. I wouldn't change anything I think your system is working just fine.

USWayfair is a great company to work with and I enjoyed the processI enjoyed the process I enjoyed the process. I was most excited that Wayfair wants to really connect with the client. I have worked for Southwest Airlines in the past and I think their ability to not have a written in stone application. I enjoyed the contest and the recognition. Wayfair employees show their joy in their jobs you can hear it in the voices. I would love the opportunity to work with clients building their nest. Making a house a home. Thank you for this opportunity. Sincerely I am late responding because my husband and I were on a Church Building Trip to TN.
