USGreat accountability Great accountability. The transcript of my chat with a live representative was sent to my email afterwards which is a good sign of transparency with the company. Tapping the support chat box on the site immediately gave me the option to speak to a human online, and representative Babita was great! It was no problem that they waited make sure my line was successfully activated so I wouldn't have to contact support again. So far my data is working much better than the other carrier I had!
