GBTop notch customer service! I'm genuinely delighted with Reach's customer service. I emailed them about an issue I was having with my voice mail, and they emailed me back within an hour to say it was resolved (and it really was!). No waiting on hold forever, no messing around with a chatbot, no long and futile search for an email address through which to contact them - reporting and getting a resolution for my issue was fast and so easy.

GBGreat service!!! :-) Internet service was unavailable today. I connected with Manoranjan via Chat. He tried to help but still problems, assumed outage in Phoenix area. An hour later tried again and ALL services were unavailable: phone, text, and internet!!! I submitted a ticket and Manoranjan responded by email within 5 minutes with instructions to remove sim card. It worked! Everything was back up and running normally. Can't say enough positive about this Customer Service Rep's patience and assistance.

GBMedhav walked me through the switch… Medhav walked me through the switch from Reach Verizon to Reach T-Mobile. Competent and patient. We needed to change so we could get international coverage where we were traveling. BIG fan of Reach. Good service and good price and they do good.

GBOverall good experience Overall, a good experience. Activation was nearly seamless. Service, support and signal strength are all ok. Looks like a good value if it keeps up. A few exceptions: >Instruction sheet in starter kit was sparse and hard to follow in spots. Language could be more precise. >Porting out existing numbers from Verizon created problems, possibly because 2 lines were being ported. Eventually sorted out by support rep in chat.
