GBCustomer service Customer service, as usual, was superb in online chat! Babita was extremely efficient, focused on fixing my voicemail issue and thorough. There were a lot of parts to this problem. I'm not a newbie by any stretch (I build ultra high end PCs on contract) and having a knowledgeable tech base to contact is just one more reason to be delighted with Reach. It's not always about price but this carrier leads the way in both.

GBReetika to the rescue All of a sudden, I couldn't make or receive calls on my Samsung Galaxy. I emailed Reach (since it was a weekend rather than M-F), thinking it might take a bit to hear from someone. Less than a half-hour later, Reetika responded to my email. She suggested a solution, and between Reetika's advice and me tapping here and tapping there, my phone was re-born! I appreciated how quickly Reetika got back to me; I really was resigned to being phone-less until Monday. Thank you!

GBSteffy is an A++ service rep. I have had to contact Reach reps a couple of times to clarify some minor items with our service. Each time has been a completely refreshing experience versus what I used to have with a major carrier. I have been using Reach since 9/23 and have had no issues at all. If you contact the reps. they are right there to help, no waiting in a phone cue or dealing with abrupt reps. Polite, professional and, the key word, "helpful". Why didn't I switch to Reach sooner. I get top notch service for my needs at a fraction of my former cost. I am completely satisfied with Reach. Thank you Steffy.

GBBad Network, Subpar Customer Service Response I've had several awful experiences where data doesn't refresh, the data monitor is inaccurate, or the network just goes out. Huge waste of time. Customer service response is inadequate, they offered $20 credit on one billing cycle. I've wasted hours of time, that kind of compensation is insulting and doesn't make it right.

GBGreat Company! I've been a Reach Mobile customer now for over 2-1/2 years and have had exceptional service. Coverage has been as good as my previous carrier, Verizon, was. Recently I was experiencing an issue of not being able to send photos from my iPhone to any contact with an Android. This was going on for a month or longer and was super frustrating. I tried every recommendation that the internet was throwing at me, with no luck at all. I finally called Reach and was kicking myself for not doing it sooner. They fixed the problem remotely, without me having to do a thing! It was fantastic and better yet, I only ever spoke to the first person who picked up the phone. No automated run-around. No department transfers. No big corporation BS. They continue to impress me :)
