USQuestions answered clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner I chatted with Freeda, who answered several questions I had regarding their Best Fit plans. Her answers were clear, and concise. She chatted in an informative, yet casual, manner, putting me at ease. I could not have wished for a more professional person than Freeda. Thank you!

USReetika to the rescue All of a sudden, I couldn't make or receive calls on my Samsung Galaxy. I emailed Reach (since it was a weekend rather than M-F), thinking it might take a bit to hear from someone. Less than a half-hour later, Reetika responded to my email. She suggested a solution, and between Reetika's advice and me tapping here and tapping there, my phone was re-born! I appreciated how quickly Reetika got back to me; I really was resigned to being phone-less until Monday. Thank you!

USThe instructions were pretty simple and… The instructions were pretty simple and easy to follow. I ordered some SIM cards, went down the list of instructions that came with them, and got everything activated in a few minutes. I also appreciated the occasional text messages making sure that I wasn't running into any problems. I've only tried one other SIM-by-mail service before and I couldn't get any support from them, so this has been a welcome change.

USFive stars for Preeti with Reach Mobile. I had difficulty activating my new Reach account. It was late at night and I used the chat line to request help. The Reach agent, Preeti, was just terrific. She was very patient with my "old guy" errors and offered to do the activation from her end, taking up much of her time. Her kindness is highly appreciated and I hope Reach recognizes her excellent customer support skills and personable style.

USSo much better After months of fighting with my previous carrier, Reach Mobile has been a breath of fresh air! Real people who don't run you around in circles at every opportunity is a very welcome change :) The fact that it costs half as much is just icing on the cake. Reach has a support team that actually provides support, in this day and age even, go figure.
