Customer service Customer service, as usual, was superb in online chat! Babita was extremely efficient, focused on fixing my voicemail issue and thorough. There were a lot of parts to this problem. I'm not a newbie by any stretch (I build ultra high end PCs on contract) and having a knowledgeable tech base to contact is just one more reason to be delighted with Reach. It's not always about price but this carrier leads the way in both.

Overall good experience Overall, a good experience. Activation was nearly seamless. Service, support and signal strength are all ok. Looks like a good value if it keeps up. A few exceptions: >Instruction sheet in starter kit was sparse and hard to follow in spots. Language could be more precise. >Porting out existing numbers from Verizon created problems, possibly because 2 lines were being ported. Eventually sorted out by support rep in chat.

Great accountability Great accountability. The transcript of my chat with a live representative was sent to my email afterwards which is a good sign of transparency with the company. Tapping the support chat box on the site immediately gave me the option to speak to a human online, and representative Babita was great! It was no problem that they waited make sure my line was successfully activated so I wouldn't have to contact support again. So far my data is working much better than the other carrier I had!

Medhav walked me through the switch… Medhav walked me through the switch from Reach Verizon to Reach T-Mobile. Competent and patient. We needed to change so we could get international coverage where we were traveling. BIG fan of Reach. Good service and good price and they do good.
