GBGreat service!!! :-) Internet service was unavailable today. I connected with Manoranjan via Chat. He tried to help but still problems, assumed outage in Phoenix area. An hour later tried again and ALL services were unavailable: phone, text, and internet!!! I submitted a ticket and Manoranjan responded by email within 5 minutes with instructions to remove sim card. It worked! Everything was back up and running normally. Can't say enough positive about this Customer Service Rep's patience and assistance.

GBThe instructions were pretty simple and… The instructions were pretty simple and easy to follow. I ordered some SIM cards, went down the list of instructions that came with them, and got everything activated in a few minutes. I also appreciated the occasional text messages making sure that I wasn't running into any problems. I've only tried one other SIM-by-mail service before and I couldn't get any support from them, so this has been a welcome change.

GBReetika to the rescue All of a sudden, I couldn't make or receive calls on my Samsung Galaxy. I emailed Reach (since it was a weekend rather than M-F), thinking it might take a bit to hear from someone. Less than a half-hour later, Reetika responded to my email. She suggested a solution, and between Reetika's advice and me tapping here and tapping there, my phone was re-born! I appreciated how quickly Reetika got back to me; I really was resigned to being phone-less until Monday. Thank you!

GBBad Network, Subpar Customer Service Response I've had several awful experiences where data doesn't refresh, the data monitor is inaccurate, or the network just goes out. Huge waste of time. Customer service response is inadequate, they offered $20 credit on one billing cycle. I've wasted hours of time, that kind of compensation is insulting and doesn't make it right.

GBGreat accountability Great accountability. The transcript of my chat with a live representative was sent to my email afterwards which is a good sign of transparency with the company. Tapping the support chat box on the site immediately gave me the option to speak to a human online, and representative Babita was great! It was no problem that they waited make sure my line was successfully activated so I wouldn't have to contact support again. So far my data is working much better than the other carrier I had!
