I want to thank Tec; Daniel for his patience in assisting me to install my Microsoft Word for Mac; he has the patience of a SAINT, seriously I am not IT educated and he has been AMAZING. Ping you are my rescuer I was having trouble with the installation of my Office desktop version, it doesn't allow me to use the activation key because I also have the 365 version on my laptop. Ping helped me with the installation by logged in remotely until its done (around 1 hour). He is very patient, very helpful I'm very impressed. Thank you very much Ping ^o^

Resolved purchase issues within minutes I bought Office for MAC without realising the incompatibility issues with OS Catalina. I had tried emailing my concern but no replies. I then chatted online with Joe. It was very easy. Joe was able to help me and immediately arranged a refund so that I could then purchase a compatible version. The matter was sorted in less than 2 minutes. Thanks Joe, much appreciated :)

Paul helped me promptly and knew what I needed. Paul has been very quick to attend to my needs and has sorted out the situation, which was MY mistake, in a flash hurry, without a word of complaint. Love this company and will be highly recommending this avenue of SW purchasing to friends and family. I used DownloadMsOffice for the first… I used DownloadMsOffice for the first time recently as my existing licence had expired. I was unsure about the process initially but was able to work through the various steps, although some took a while to complete.
