I had issues with Windows 10 Install I had issues installing Windows 10 and it was indicating on the computer as running a different version than I had purchased. With the help of Eric and remote assist Eric sorted the issues and now it is running the right version. Thanks Eric awesome work and efficient. Keep the good work up.

I was at the end of my rope I was at the end of my rope; working on a project proposal, when my license expired and I couldn't write anymore. I went to Downloadmsoffice.com, who I had purchased 2 other products from over the last 7 years or so and who I knew I could trust. After a frustrating day trying to load and use the product (my fault because I hadn't uninstalled the old product), I used the chat option, where Carl was there to assist. He stayed with me for the whole time and assisted remotely. I'm all set to go now and am very happy

Loose your password, loose your product.. The product is ok, but there is absolutely NO support what so ever.. If you forget your account password you are toast. You can't contact anything or anybody, and when trying to reset your password for the services you paid for, you will just receive the same popup day after day: "You have received to to many codes today. Try again tomorrow.." Seriously!! MS don't care #### about their customers.
