I was having trouble unlocking office… I was having trouble unlocking office on our volunteer's computer. The unlocking key would not work. Anna from the support team was absolutely fantastic. Showed patience with the slow computer and myself. We were ready to throw it all away. Thank you Anna you saved the day for us volunteers. Another day finished on a huge positive. I want to thank Tec Daniel. I want to thank Tec; Daniel for his patience in assisting me to install my Microsoft Word for Mac; he has the patience of a SAINT, seriously I am not IT educated and he has been AMAZING. Who said you cannot teach an old dog new tricks was wrong, Daniel taught this 71 year old lady more in an hour that I could have ever learned at Taffe. THANK YOU Daniel.

Loose your password, loose your product.. The product is ok, but there is absolutely NO support what so ever.. If you forget your account password you are toast. You can't contact anything or anybody, and when trying to reset your password for the services you paid for, you will just receive the same popup day after day: "You have received to to many codes today. Try again tomorrow.." Seriously!! MS don't care #### about their customers.

I was at the end of my rope I was at the end of my rope; working on a project proposal, when my license expired and I couldn't write anymore. I went to Downloadmsoffice.com, who I had purchased 2 other products from over the last 7 years or so and who I knew I could trust. After a frustrating day trying to load and use the product (my fault because I hadn't uninstalled the old product), I used the chat option, where Carl was there to assist. He stayed with me for the whole time and assisted remotely. I'm all set to go now and am very happy
