I was having trouble unlocking office… I was having trouble unlocking office on our volunteer's computer. The unlocking key would not work. Anna from the support team was absolutely fantastic. Showed patience with the slow computer and myself. We were ready to throw it all away. Thank you Anna you saved the day for us volunteers. Another day finished on a huge positive. I had issues with Windows 10 Install I had issues installing Windows 10 and it was indicating on the computer as running a different version than I had purchased. With the help of Eric and remote assist Eric sorted the issues and now it is running the right version. Thanks Eric awesome work and efficient. Keep the good work up.

Office Chat Support Service.... I find the Chat support service for Microsoft Office Fantastic!! "Anne" in particular was exceptionally great! I asked if she could just take over the operation of my keyboard to install "Office for Mac" (latest version) not only did she complete this task, she showed me where everything was, how to use and how to locate for future ref if i needed to go through the process again. This would have been a cluster for me to do, she was a wizz, very professional and friendly! Thanks again "Anne"!! :)))

Loose your password, loose your product.. The product is ok, but there is absolutely NO support what so ever.. If you forget your account password you are toast. You can't contact anything or anybody, and when trying to reset your password for the services you paid for, you will just receive the same popup day after day: "You have received to to many codes today. Try again tomorrow.." Seriously!! MS don't care #### about their customers.
