AUI want to thank Tec Daniel. I want to thank Tec; Daniel for his patience in assisting me to install my Microsoft Word for Mac; he has the patience of a SAINT, seriously I am not IT educated and he has been AMAZING. Who said you cannot teach an old dog new tricks was wrong, Daniel taught this 71 year old lady more in an hour that I could have ever learned at Taffe. THANK YOU Daniel.

NZI had issues with Windows 10 Install I had issues installing Windows 10 and it was indicating on the computer as running a different version than I had purchased. With the help of Eric and remote assist Eric sorted the issues and now it is running the right version. Thanks Eric awesome work and efficient. Keep the good work up.

DKLoose your password, loose your product.. The product is ok, but there is absolutely NO support what so ever.. If you forget your account password you are toast. You can't contact anything or anybody, and when trying to reset your password for the services you paid for, you will just receive the same popup day after day: "You have received to to many codes today. Try again tomorrow.." Seriously!! MS don't care #### about their customers.
