purchase and installation of pro office for mac i had the subscripton trial and at the end of the trial period, i decided to purchase a lifetime product rather than a subscrition item. i didnt know how to remove and instal, so i contacted chat and Ray Bryan was very patient and helpful. He removed the old program and installed the one i had purchased. He also helped with a couple of issues i had with word and sorted those out. i was extremely impressed with his assistance

Eric who was able to fix my issue quickly I contacted Eric who was able to run me through the process to reinstall a program I purchased a couple of years ago but had lost when my computer died, and I couldn't find anywhere to reinstall it. It only took him 5 mins to sort out for me what I was doing wrong. Thankyou June

I want to thank Tec; Daniel for his patience in assisting me to install my Microsoft Word for Mac; he has the patience of a SAINT, seriously I am not IT educated and he has been AMAZING. Ping you are my rescuer I was having trouble with the installation of my Office desktop version, it doesn't allow me to use the activation key because I also have the 365 version on my laptop. Ping helped me with the installation by logged in remotely until its done (around 1 hour). He is very patient, very helpful I'm very impressed. Thank you very much Ping ^o^

I used DownloadMsOffice for the first… I used DownloadMsOffice for the first time recently as my existing licence had expired. I was unsure about the process initially but was able to work through the various steps, although some took a while to complete. I was kept fully informed by Chase and his team and was confident that if I needed assistance he would provide it. Overall, a very good experience. Lewis
