I had issues with Windows 10 Install I had issues installing Windows 10 and it was indicating on the computer as running a different version than I had purchased. With the help of Eric and remote assist Eric sorted the issues and now it is running the right version. Thanks Eric awesome work and efficient. Keep the good work up.

purchase and installation of pro office for mac i had the subscripton trial and at the end of the trial period, i decided to purchase a lifetime product rather than a subscrition item. i didnt know how to remove and instal, so i contacted chat and Ray Bryan was very patient and helpful. He removed the old program and installed the one i had purchased. He also helped with a couple of issues i had with word and sorted those out. i was extremely impressed with his assistance

I used DownloadMsOffice for the first… I used DownloadMsOffice for the first time recently as my existing licence had expired. I was unsure about the process initially but was able to work through the various steps, although some took a while to complete. Ping you are my rescuer I was having trouble with the installation of my Office desktop version, it doesn't allow me to use the activation key because I also have the 365 version on my laptop. Ping helped me with the installation by logged in remotely until its done (around 1 hour). He is very patient, very helpful I'm very impressed. Thank you very much Ping ^o^

Resolved purchase issues within minutes I bought Office for MAC without realising the incompatibility issues with OS Catalina. I had tried emailing my concern but no replies. I then chatted online with Joe. It was very easy. Joe was able to help me and immediately arranged a refund so that I could then purchase a compatible version. The matter was sorted in less than 2 minutes. Thanks Joe, much appreciated :)
