I was unsure about the process initially but was able to work through the various steps, although some took a while to complete. Loose your password, loose your product.. The product is ok, but there is absolutely NO support what so ever.. If you forget your account password you are toast. You can't contact anything or anybody, and when trying to reset your password for the services you paid for, you will just receive the same popup day after day: "You have received to to many codes today. Try again tomorrow.." Seriously!! MS don't care #### about their customers.

Eric who was able to fix my issue quickly I contacted Eric who was able to run me through the process to reinstall a program I purchased a couple of years ago but had lost when my computer died, and I couldn't find anywhere to reinstall it. Download MS Office worked well. I bought Office 2019 online from this company. Once paid I received download link in approx 20 minutes and downloaded the image file. An email with all instructions and Licence code arrived at same time. The price was good lower than other store downloads I had seen.
