AUI was having trouble unlocking office… I was having trouble unlocking office on our volunteer's computer. The unlocking key would not work. Anna from the support team was absolutely fantastic. Showed patience with the slow computer and myself. We were ready to throw it all away. Thank you Anna you saved the day for us volunteers. Another day finished on a huge positive. DKLoose your password, loose your product.. The product is ok, but there is absolutely NO support what so ever.. If you forget your account password you are toast. You can't contact anything or anybody, and when trying to reset your password for the services you paid for, you will just receive the same popup day after day: "You have received to to many codes today. Try again tomorrow.." Seriously!! MS don't care #### about their customers.
