Ping you are my rescuer I was having trouble with the installation of my Office desktop version, it doesn't allow me to use the activation key because I also have the 365 version on my laptop. Ping helped me with the installation by logged in remotely until its done (around 1 hour). He is very patient, very helpful I'm very impressed. Thank you very much Ping ^o^

Resolved purchase issues within minutes I bought Office for MAC without realising the incompatibility issues with OS Catalina. I had tried emailing my concern but no replies. I then chatted online with Joe. It was very easy. Joe was able to help me and immediately arranged a refund so that I could then purchase a compatible version. I was having trouble unlocking office… I was having trouble unlocking office on our volunteer's computer. The unlocking key would not work. Anna from the support team was absolutely fantastic.
