Great customer support and add on Great customer support -I needed an add on that is HIPAA compliant so I can create a workflow for one of my clients and this is the only one that works for my needs that works with Google Forms. The support team helped me customize it and learn how to use it succesfully.

Timely, thorough, and accurate Wow, talk about service! This team is on it!!! Jhong responded in less than 30 minutes to my request given that the issue would have resulted in an outage. The investigation was thorough (I had a typo in the account username) and they did some digging to identify the account. I'm thoroughly happy with the prompt response and resolution :-)

This extension does not This extension does not work the way it originally did when I first installed it. I needed an extension that would create a document when there is a new form submitted. When I tried to use Publisher it created a document for all the forms that were submitted previously and not the new ones. The support team was unable to resolve this issue.

I have been using Google Forms and… I have been using Google Forms and Forms Publisher for a long time. The changes to the program formatting left me with some questions that I could not figure out. I contacted Forms Publisher customer service via email last night and had a personal response already first thing this morning.
