The support team helped me customize it and learn how to use it succesfully.

Timely, thorough, and accurate Wow, talk about service! This team is on it!!! Jhong responded in less than 30 minutes to my request given that the issue would have resulted in an outage. The investigation was thorough (I had a typo in the account username) and they did some digging to identify the account. I'm thoroughly happy with the prompt response and resolution :-)

My only reason for 4, not 5 stars… My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the fact that I had some trouble initially getting Form Publisher installed. However, the tech support team did a great job responding to my requests for help and got me set straight really quickly! That kind of customer support means a lot in today's world.
