It's a set it and forget it type of thing. No issues. I've had to contact customer service two times to transfer an account and with a billing question and received fast same-day responses that immediately resolved the issues. Highly recommend.

Very timely response time I had incorrectly used the wrong user id to sign up for the Form Publisher annual package. I submitted a request to transfer the account to the correct user id. Jhong from Form Publisher responded that evening to say he made the transfer. Very quick response time. Very much appreciated.
