Great customer support and add on Great customer support -I needed an add on that is HIPAA compliant so I can create a workflow for one of my clients and this is the only one that works for my needs that works with Google Forms. The support team helped me customize it and learn how to use it succesfully.

I have been using Google Forms and… I have been using Google Forms and Forms Publisher for a long time. The changes to the program formatting left me with some questions that I could not figure out. I contacted Forms Publisher customer service via email last night and had a personal response already first thing this morning. It took a few back and forth messages, but was able to get an answer to my question and solve my problem. Thank you, Remi, for the great customer service!

He was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient as he explained step by step to help resolve my issues with Form Publisher! I really appreciate his positive attitude and that he took the time to help me understand what it is that was wrong with my google sheets and how things work on the back end.
