Timely, thorough, and accurate Wow, talk about service! This team is on it!!! Jhong responded in less than 30 minutes to my request given that the issue would have resulted in an outage. The investigation was thorough (I had a typo in the account username) and they did some digging to identify the account. I'm thoroughly happy with the prompt response and resolution :-)

Convenient and nice service It's really convenient, giving me a lot of help when organizing the google form data. But (maybe it's my bad) it's a little bit annoying when I try many ways to cancel the auto-generated email but still receive them in a few minutes...😵‍💫 Besides, I accidentally subscribed it and I was overwhelmed, but the customer service was really nice and replied my email and refunded in few minutes. I really appreciated about it!

He was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient as he explained step by step to help resolve my issues with Form Publisher! I really appreciate his positive attitude and that he took the time to help me understand what it is that was wrong with my google sheets and how things work on the back end. My only reason for 4, not 5 stars… My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the fact that I had some trouble initially getting Form Publisher installed. However, the tech support team did a great job responding to my requests for help and got me set straight really quickly! That kind of customer support means a lot in today's world.
