He was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient as he explained step by step to help resolve my issues with Form Publisher! I really appreciate his positive attitude and that he took the time to help me understand what it is that was wrong with my google sheets and how things work on the back end. I really really am grateful for his help!

Very timely response time I had incorrectly used the wrong user id to sign up for the Form Publisher annual package. I submitted a request to transfer the account to the correct user id. Jhong from Form Publisher responded that evening to say he made the transfer. Very quick response time. Very much appreciated.

Great add-on, useful features! The product seems to be well thought out, and very well documented. The help section offers examples and clear language to help understand how to use this add-on. When I had a question, the support staff were quick to look in to my issue and respond.
