I have been using Google Forms and… I have been using Google Forms and Forms Publisher for a long time. The changes to the program formatting left me with some questions that I could not figure out. I contacted Forms Publisher customer service via email last night and had a personal response already first thing this morning. It took a few back and forth messages, but was able to get an answer to my question and solve my problem. Thank you, Remi, for the great customer service!

Customer Service is exceptional! Replies and solutions were very prompt! I received almost instant communication from the team. I almost couldn't reply in time as I wasn't expecting them to be so quick. If you don't respond, they do follow up to make sure you are still in need of help. I liked that because I accidentally opened an email and closed out, so I forgot to respond.

Very timely response time I had incorrectly used the wrong user id to sign up for the Form Publisher annual package. I submitted a request to transfer the account to the correct user id. Jhong from Form Publisher responded that evening to say he made the transfer. Very quick response time. Very much appreciated.

The extension works great/Great Customer Service The extension works great. I've had a free and now subscribed account and it works great and automates so many forms for us. It's a set it and forget it type of thing. No issues. I've had to contact customer service two times to transfer an account and with a billing question and received fast same-day responses that immediately resolved the issues. Highly recommend.
