This extension does not This extension does not work the way it originally did when I first installed it. I needed an extension that would create a document when there is a new form submitted. When I tried to use Publisher it created a document for all the forms that were submitted previously and not the new ones. The support team was unable to resolve this issue.

I have been using Google Forms and… I have been using Google Forms and Forms Publisher for a long time. The changes to the program formatting left me with some questions that I could not figure out. I contacted Forms Publisher customer service via email last night and had a personal response already first thing this morning. It took a few back and forth messages, but was able to get an answer to my question and solve my problem. Thank you, Remi, for the great customer service!

Form Publisher did just what we needed and with great customer service Form Publisher helped us turn responses on a Google Survey that landed in a Google Sheet into individual pages we could print and refer to for each respondent. It did just what we needed to make the information usable for us. I will also say their customer service was very quick to reply and act when contacted.

Very timely response time I had incorrectly used the wrong user id to sign up for the Form Publisher annual package. I submitted a request to transfer the account to the correct user id. Jhong from Form Publisher responded that evening to say he made the transfer. Very quick response time. Very much appreciated.
