The startup process was extremely fast, and I had a running server immediately. The control panel is simple enough to understand and make changes to. I had some questions, contacted support, and was talking to a real person right away. Not only did they provide answers, but they also gave me more information to help me solve my issues. First Time Buyer This is my first time purchasing a game server. This has been a very streamlined process and fast too! Within 3 minutes of paying, I had a Palworld server I could log into. Performance has been better than when we were playing with just the muliplayer codes. Further more, the control panel is awesome! Easy to manage, easy to start stop make changes. Even provides a helpful link to the wiki of Palworld for any configuration related questions. This is a 10/5 product but could only rate 5/5.
