Overall very good Overall very good except for one day where I had an issue where the server duplicated itself. The next day it went back to one but I had lost all progress from when it had duplicated.

ChicagoServers has made it easy for us… ChicagoServers has made it easy for us to play together. Setup of our server was super quick, we've only had 1 outtage that was resolved in minutes, and support has been incredibly responsive and courteous. I have a 7 Days to Die server with them, and will be getting an Ark server soon.

Had a representative by the name of Axel Axel helped me for over 2-3 hours on many issues I was having due to being my first server opening up. He walked me through multiple troubleshooting steps, options and alternatives for the information I was seeking. All while having extreme patience and professional knowledge. Highly recommend and thank their service that is provided.

Amazing Service & Customer Support I've never purchased a gaming server, and after seeing their Reddit comments, I gave this company a shot. And wow! 10/10 customer support and service. The startup process was extremely fast, and I had a running server immediately. The control panel is simple enough to understand and make changes to. I had some questions, contacted support, and was talking to a real person right away. Not only did they provide answers, but they also gave me more information to help me solve my issues. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a server hosting service.

Great Hosting Experience I will recommend ChicagoServers every time! I was hosting a rather unique 7Days to Die server, and I ran into some issues while doing so. Their team responded quick to my needs and helped me until I had no issues whatsoever. I was so impressed with Mars's response time that my friend and I literally timed it: 9 seconds from a fresh opened ticket. Thanks again guys! Edit: If you host Conan Exiles in the future, I will definitely host that as well.
