Glad I found them! 3 week review synopsis: Glad I found these guys. The server is phenomenal, quick, and reliable. Not many hosts are "problem free", but these guys are. I applaud that. Peace of mind knowing my server is online, not randomly restarting, and there when my friends want to play on it but I'm at work and unable to handle any issues that may arise, is... nice. If the server went down while I was at work with the old host my friends were screwed until I got home to restart it or whatever. I haven't had to do anything for this server with chicago servers other than configure it to my liking. Keep it up!!!

Abysmal service. Slow service, abysmal download speed. Updating my server mods can take hours, stop midway, or never download forcing me to restart the process repeatedly. This service has been a major headache and to top it off, it lags constantly. I used this as a test server just to try out mods,but even for that it wasn't worth the money. In response to their reply: That is an absolute lie. I contacted you to cancel my last server for the same reason. Then I remade the server out of curiosity to see if, by some fluke, I had a one off issue. Low and behold, same results the second go around. Having issues is one thing, but having the same issues with two different servers?

First Time Buyer This is my first time purchasing a game server. This has been a very streamlined process and fast too! Within 3 minutes of paying, I had a Palworld server I could log into. Performance has been better than when we were playing with just the muliplayer codes. Further more, the control panel is awesome! Easy to manage, easy to start stop make changes. Even provides a helpful link to the wiki of Palworld for any configuration related questions. This is a 10/5 product but could only rate 5/5.

Amazing Service & Customer Support I've never purchased a gaming server, and after seeing their Reddit comments, I gave this company a shot. And wow! 10/10 customer support and service. The startup process was extremely fast, and I had a running server immediately. The control panel is simple enough to understand and make changes to. I had some questions, contacted support, and was talking to a real person right away. Not only did they provide answers, but they also gave me more information to help me solve my issues. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a server hosting service.
