GBFirst Time Buyer This is my first time purchasing a game server. This has been a very streamlined process and fast too! Within 3 minutes of paying, I had a Palworld server I could log into. Performance has been better than when we were playing with just the muliplayer codes. Further more, the control panel is awesome! Easy to manage, easy to start stop make changes. Even provides a helpful link to the wiki of Palworld for any configuration related questions. This is a 10/5 product but could only rate 5/5.

GBHad a representative by the name of Axel Axel helped me for over 2-3 hours on many issues I was having due to being my first server opening up. He walked me through multiple troubleshooting steps, options and alternatives for the information I was seeking. All while having extreme patience and professional knowledge. Highly recommend and thank their service that is provided.

GBGreat Hosting Experience I will recommend ChicagoServers every time! I was hosting a rather unique 7Days to Die server, and I ran into some issues while doing so. Their team responded quick to my needs and helped me until I had no issues whatsoever. I was so impressed with Mars's response time that my friend and I literally timed it: 9 seconds from a fresh opened ticket. Thanks again guys! Edit: If you host Conan Exiles in the future, I will definitely host that as well.

GBfast setup fast setup, actual people in the chat box after a minute for server support, very fast to fix all my issues and help in any way, its a good choice, smaller company but works great!

GBAbysmal service. Slow service, abysmal download speed. Updating my server mods can take hours, stop midway, or never download forcing me to restart the process repeatedly. This service has been a major headache and to top it off, it lags constantly. I used this as a test server just to try out mods, but even for that it wasn't worth the money. In response to their reply: That is an absolute lie. I contacted you to cancel my last server for the same reason. Then I remade the server out of curiosity to see if, by some fluke, I had a one off issue. Low and behold, same results the second go around. Having issues is one thing, but having the same issues with two different servers?
