An Honest to god breath of fresh air An Honest to god breath of fresh air. Tried so many other providers .. and stumbled across their link in a reddit post. Chicago Servers has been top notch .. near instant support in a chat bubble.. immediate assistance, (with patience), getting the hang of the Beautiful Web interface. 10/10.. Would def. recommend

I can't say enough about these folks. I can't say enough about these folks. I'm local to Chicago so I'm kinda biased about the speed I get to their servers, but aside from the constant connection (I don't think I've ever experienced an unscheduled outage), and the really reasonable prices, along with the UI that makes it a snap to get things done on the servers, I can't tell you how happy I am with the service when it comes to tickets and the support provided. Seriously, super fast, super friendly, professional, just everything you could ask for. Seriously, if you need a server provided this is the company to use.

Best support I've ever experienced Best support I've ever experienced. Also everything works as promised unlike some really sh**ty providers such as Ascend Servers.

Glad I found them! 3 week review synopsis: Glad I found these guys. The server is phenomenal, quick, and reliable. Not many hosts are "problem free", but these guys are. I applaud that. Peace of mind knowing my server is online, not randomly restarting, and there when my friends want to play on it but I'm at work and unable to handle any issues that may arise, is... nice. If the server went down while I was at work with the old host my friends were screwed until I got home to restart it or whatever. I haven't had to do anything for this server with chicago servers other than configure it to my liking. Keep it up!!!

Fantastic Server Host An amazing support crew that easily goes above and beyond to assist you, any problems I had were tackled in seconds to few minutes. Amazing servers and no problems with them at all. Would recommend and would purchase again.
