Solid place for Rust. I like the rust hosting since the world generation is the quickest I've experienced. The panel is great and to the point, files I want to edit load and save quickly, and it seems really responsive. I was with gameservers previously and it's like their support team doesn't provide support specific to the game, it's just "general support responses" if that makes sense. It's like they reply just to reply but not help. Mars from ChicagoServers was to the point, quick, and helpful. It's hard to find quality support these days anywhere and this place knows how to do it right. Big thank you for that.

Abysmal service. Slow service, abysmal download speed. Updating my server mods can take hours, stop midway, or never download forcing me to restart the process repeatedly. This service has been a major headache and to top it off, it lags constantly. I used this as a test server just to try out mods,but even for that it wasn't worth the money. In response to their reply: That is an absolute lie. I contacted you to cancel my last server for the same reason. Then I remade the server out of curiosity to see if, by some fluke, I had a one off issue. Low and behold, same results the second go around. Having issues is one thing, but having the same issues with two different servers?

Fantastic Server Host An amazing support crew that easily goes above and beyond to assist you, any problems I had were tackled in seconds to few minutes. Amazing servers and no problems with them at all. Would recommend and would purchase again.

First Time Buyer This is my first time purchasing a game server. This has been a very streamlined process and fast too! Within 3 minutes of paying, I had a Palworld server I could log into. Performance has been better than when we were playing with just the muliplayer codes. Further more, the control panel is awesome! Easy to manage, easy to start stop make changes. Even provides a helpful link to the wiki of Palworld for any configuration related questions. This is a 10/5 product but could only rate 5/5.

Quick Service and great performance I've had a Rust server through ChicagoServers for a few months now, and recently with V rising coming out and gaining popularity my friends wanted somewhere we could play together. I reached out to CS's team to see if they were planning on adding V rising to their offerings. To my surprise, they had the title added to their list and setup was a breeze. Top notch service along with great performance from their servers.
