Quick Service and great performance I've had a Rust server through ChicagoServers for a few months now, and recently with V rising coming out and gaining popularity my friends wanted somewhere we could play together. I reached out to CS's team to see if they were planning on adding V rising to their offerings. To my surprise, they had the title added to their list and setup was a breeze. Top notch service along with great performance from their servers.

It works flawlessly - including mods, etc. Have had a great experience. Had one minor issue and they responded right away and fixed it. Friends and I were online and playing in minutes! ChicagoServers I have been with ChicagoServers for a while now and can honestly say their customer is what makes a difference when it comes to picking a server to host. This is my third host and by far the smoothest server I had and like I say about they are always willing to help out where needed! Actual People! Thank you guys for the quick support.. made the ordering process much more satisfying! I had a question shortly after ordering and hopped on live chat. Wasn't expecting a reply for like 1-2 hours based on what I'm used to elsewhere, but Axel replied within about 20 seconds and got my issue resolved in about 2 minutes total. Thoroughly impressed!!

Solid place for Rust. I like the rust hosting since the world generation is the quickest I've experienced. The panel is great and to the point, files I want to edit load and save quickly, and it seems really responsive. I was with gameservers previously and it's like their support team doesn't provide support specific to the game, it's just "general support responses" if that makes sense. It's like they reply just to reply but not help. Mars from ChicagoServers was to the point, quick, and helpful. It's hard to find quality support these days anywhere and this place knows how to do it right. Big thank you for that.
