The actual person which answered live, not a voice message, which is 99.9 percent the case, in 30 minutes, via taking remote control of my computer, had the issue solved My issue was that I did not know how to turn the computer camera to the on position. I had to have zoomeetings, yet, only audio but not my video participation. Because of my research and the already outstanding reputation of Blackhawk MSP. I contracted them to solve my issue . GBI called Blackhawk MSP yesterday and… I called Blackhawk MSP yesterday and Stefan was the specialist assisted. I have an issue of removing some old businesses on my Fb ,took me 3 days and could not delete. It took him only 1 plus hr to got it figured out and of course he got it fixed. GBTop notch IT service and support. Blackhawk is my office365 and BitDefender provider. They always come thru for me when needed. They are available sometimes during weird hours and locations. So it’s nice to know they have my back when I need them. I highly suggest you consider giving Blackhawk an opportunity to support your company.

GBWorth the online evaluation I acquired an older server but was having problems troubleshooting it to start-up. I am pretty good repairing pc but this was beyond my abilities. I called up Blackhawk and I connected to a person immediately to blindly walk through every possible problem. The technician patiently worked through for an hour until we resolved it was a motherboard issue. This would have been such a hassle to find a company and drop it off then schedule a pick up time days or weeks away. Blackhawk was well worth the hour technician fee.
