I don't have the computer expertise to… I don't have the computer expertise to critique the service I received (which is why I use Blackhawk!), but something felt wrong about the way Stefan chose to address my problem. I just can't believe that was the only or the best way to fix the sudden problem with downloading a photo from my iPhone via gmail to Picasa for editing. Of course I could be wrong, but I just didn't feel that he knew exactly what he was doing or understood what I was asking. I know Picasa was discontinued a few years ago, but I was still able to use it on a regular basis. This has really been unfortunate.
