The actual person which answered live, not a voice message, which is 99.9 percent the case, in 30 minutes, via taking remote control of my computer, had the issue solved My issue was that I did not know how to turn the computer camera to the on position. Top notch IT service and support. Blackhawk is my office365 and BitDefender provider. They always come thru for me when needed. They are available sometimes during weird hours and locations. So it’s nice to know they have my back when I need them. I highly suggest you consider giving Blackhawk an opportunity to support your company.
