Good initial response -- quality work. I received a fast initial response by blackhawk, but when my issue wasn't easily corrected it had to be sent to another tech. After the referral, they were slow at getting back to me. It seemed I got lost when moving from one tech to the other. When they finally got back to me, Terrell fixed my problem very quickly and I am up and running.
