Happy Customer
DEVueScan is a product I will buy again! VueScan is worth the money! I am really happy that this product exists! For me it solved the issue of continuing to use existing hardware. And the software really helps to digitalize documents and securing them this way. One of my favorite features is the continuous document scanning where one and only one file is created. Please keep up the awesome work!

GBVueScan is a lifesaver for scanning… VueScan is a lifesaver for scanning photos. When I retired, I decided to scan all of our 50,000+ negatives, photos, and slides accumulated over many years and from our families. I have several scanners, mostly abandoned by their manufacturers (current list: Pacific Image PowerSlide 3650 scanner, Minolta Dimage Elite Scan II film scanner, Canon FS4000US film scanner, Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 document and photo scanner, Epson FastFoto FF-640 sheet-fed photo scanner, Epson V600 flatbed scanner). VueScan didn't miss a beat with all of them, often working better than I remember the original software did. Thanks.

GBGood software, great customer support Software is good -- much better than the Epson software that came with my scanner (I have an Epson V700 and a V500 which I now use with VueScan). I am a novice with scanning, but use the software about 8 hours a week, on multiple scanners (the older Epsons previously mentioned and a Plustek 8300i) in a long-term effort to digitize my family photos, negatives, and documents. The software itself doesn't at first appear particularly flashy, but it is a good, versatile scanning tool with a ton of powerful features (different modes open up lots of different options). I particularly like the fact that you can skew the scans, which the Epson software doesn't allow. The software can also do Transparency mode (negatives/slides) assuming your scanner has a backlight. The customer support is really great as well. This morning, one of the updates had a bug or conflict specific to one of my scanners: I contacted help and in under an hour Ed had sent me a test version to see if it would fix the bug. It did, and will be rolled out in the next general update, but in the meantime I have a working beta version. I've never experienced that kind of support from a software company, so on that basis alone I would recommend the product/company.

AUHighly recommended AAA+ I've just purchased a new Epson V600 scanner and am using it to scan a lifetime of Kodachrome slides. The Epson app was pretty ordinary, Silverfast was better, but after reading dozens of reviews I decided to bite the bullet and get Vuescan. The software cost $179-95 in Australian dollars and what a difference! Like any worthwhile app it takes a bit of time to learn but there are many great tutorials out there so that wasn't a problem. Highly recommended AAA+

DEFantastic software !!!!!!!!!!!!! What can I add to everyone's compliments? Fantastic software that I've been using every day for years. I have to scan thousands of musical notes and correct them before recording them in studio. The definition and settings are absolutely brilliant. I wish I could complain about everything, even if I looked hard enough. No chance!!!
