GBGreat Software / Great Support Was having issues with an old Epson scanner. The software would start, but then stall mid-scan. Troubleshooting with Ed he was able to get it working again. It's rare these days to get this kind of timely and responsive tech support. Highly recommend the software and should you need support, you're in good hands!

GBI've been using VueScan since 2015 I've been using VueScan since 2015. I'm not extremely proficient at scanning terminology but in 2015 my scanner wouldn't work because of a "Twain" driver situation which VueScan solved for me. I think before VueScan I needed to install a driver and also scanning software. VueScan takes care of all of that and does it better. I recently had a very unusual scanning problem and VueScan provided great support and got it fixed. There are hundreds of scanner models, so VueScan is even more impressive because of the number it handles. I recently read an article that said, "VueScan has saved thousands of scanners from the electronics junk heap." I believe it.

GBBurying the lede They helpfully inform you that you have to buy the software AFTER you've scanned your first document and seen the large watermark across it. This is after downloading and installing the software.

GBVueScan Extended the Life of My Scanner Indefinitely! VueScan/Hamrick software allowed me to extend the life of my home scanner indefinitely! Despite having intermittent scanning requirements, I purchased an extremely nice scanner for home use. Unfortunately, within a couple years, the manufacturer decided to stop all updates, thereby deeming my home scanner obsolete. Hating the thought of that occurring so soon, I searched online and found Hamrick.com. And what a blessing that has been! (I think it was five or more years ago that I first installed VueScan software.) In addition to fantastic software - which keeps my scanner working like a charm - Ed and his Hamrick team provide friendly and personalized customer service as well as frequent newsletters to their customers! I cannot say enough good things about this company and its software - I so appreciate all of it - without question, it is a 5-star-plus-plus-plus outfit!

GBGreat program Great program. I have been using the program for many years. I have scanned in a majority of our family photos, both negatives and prints, dating back to the early 1900s. The program is easy to use, does a great job, a variety of scanning options and outstanding customer support. It is the ONLY scanning program I would use!
