Excellent Lifesaver for Old Hardware!! I’ve used Vuescan over the last six or seven years for my family/travel Slide and Photo Archive project. The mechanics on my Nikon L5000 are still fine, even though the company long ago stopped supporting it. The VS driver and software keep it and my project(s) chugging along. Well worth the cost and product support is excellent.

Vuescan protects scanner investment Owned HP 4050g scanner and run iMac desktop. HP stopped providing updated drivers within 2 years after purchase.It was replacement for HP scanner which they had previously abandon. Vuescan saved my scanner I stumbled on Vuescan when searching Google for some way to extend the life of my scanner that would have been made obsolete by Mac OS upgrades. I have been using Vuescan since 2016 and never had a problem. Ed regularly provides free software updates and I am grateful to him for providing an excellent product and service. He always responds quickly to any questions. Well worth the money.

VueScan Extended the Life of My Scanner Indefinitely! VueScan/Hamrick software allowed me to extend the life of my home scanner indefinitely! Despite having intermittent scanning requirements, I purchased an extremely nice scanner for home use. Unfortunately, within a couple years, the manufacturer decided to stop all updates, thereby deeming my home scanner obsolete. Hating the thought of that occurring so soon, I searched online and found Hamrick.com. And what a blessing that has been! (I think it was five or more years ago that I first installed VueScan software.) In addition to fantastic software - which keeps my scanner working like a charm - Ed and his Hamrick team provide friendly and personalized customer service as well as frequent newsletters to their customers! I cannot say enough good things about this company and its software - I so appreciate all of it - without question, it is a 5-star-plus-plus-plus outfit!
