Fast. Simple. Affordable. A+ This is one of the few easy ways of exchanging money between CNY and USD. It's much easier than using banks and the results are guaranteed if you follow the instructions. Swap credits are easy to buy and priced cheaper than transfer services by banks or PayPal. I've been using this service from time to time for a few years and support has always been fast and helpful. Used for two years, love it. I have used this service for two years and have been utterly impressed throughout. The Swapsy WeChat is responsive when there is a problem, responding within 30 minutes max. Sometimes there is a shortage of trades from USD to CNY, but as long as you keep refreshing you'll find one. Overall I often suggest this service to my expat friends as it is way cheaper and faster than wiring through a bank.

I like Swapsy I like Swapsy, definitely easier to send money than going to a bank. My only issues with Swapsy is there customer service is does not exist. I have sent several messages to support and never get a response just the generic e-mail. The second is when we do a swap we have to pay within 30 minutes yet the other party gets up to 7 working days. We should be able to do two swaps at a time.
