GBUsed for two years, love it. I have used this service for two years and have been utterly impressed throughout. The Swapsy WeChat is responsive when there is a problem, responding within 30 minutes max. Sometimes there is a shortage of trades from USD to CNY, but as long as you keep refreshing you'll find one. Overall I often suggest this service to my expat friends as it is way cheaper and faster than wiring through a bank.

GBGreat company and great service Great company and great service. We have been using swapsy for years and exchange funds every month, we save an enormous amount of money using swapsy. We have never had a problem and have always had a successful transfer every single time. Watch out banks, swapsy has figured out international currency exchange. When we have had an issue swapsy staff was friendly, available and ensured we had a successful transfer. Swapsy has earned our trust for currency exchange.

GBSwapsy works great Swapsy works great. The only hang-up are their limitations for transferring funds. Our banks put a lot of limits on Zelle transfers, and Zelle has its own limitations too. We love everything else about this service. We would use it more if we could! We sure want to, but our banks won't let us.
