I like Swapsy I like Swapsy, definitely easier to send money than going to a bank. My only issues with Swapsy is there customer service is does not exist. I have sent several messages to support and never get a response just the generic e-mail. The second is when we do a swap we have to pay within 30 minutes yet the other party gets up to 7 working days. We should be able to do two swaps at a time.

Swapsy is a Godsend Having issues with transferring money from my current bank account here in China. Swapsy is a Godsend! I only wish I could transfer more than $300, as my credit union does not support Zelle. Overall, this is easier than going to the bank here in China! Please keep up the good work!

Been using Swapsy since 2019 Been using Swapsy since 2019, works as advertised. Still feel kinda weird about sending money across to complete strangers after all this time, and really only had a couple of issues during the nearly 3 years of using. Overall, more convenient (and cheaper) than going to a bank. Only complaint is the lack of currency options, as my UK expat buddies can't use (Swapsy used to offer CAD, AUD, and GBP if I recall correctly, not sure what happened to them.)

Great company and great service Great company and great service. We have been using swapsy for years and exchange funds every month, we save an enormous amount of money using swapsy. We have never had a problem and have always had a successful transfer every single time. Watch out banks, swapsy has figured out international currency exchange. When we have had an issue swapsy staff was friendly, available and ensured we had a successful transfer. Swapsy has earned our trust for currency exchange.

First transaction went smoothly First transaction went smoothly. Registered and started swap at noon and received the fund at night. During the period I was contacted by customer service to update the AliPay info, which asked for my email instead of phone for better privacy as the reason. It updated within minutes after I sent the info back. Overall great experience so far.
