Works great! I just added Alipay to my China eWallet and wanted to try it out. Since it was my first time, I uploaded the wrong Alipay 2D QR code for receiving money. Swapsy does a good job founding this out (though I'm not sure how, maybe they got notified by the party swapping money with me, or they have some built-in code to catch such dumb mistake by user?) and emailing to remind me of making corrections. Overall, transactions went through smoothly and timely. I've swapped 10+ times on Swapsy, and will certainly do more!

Swapsy is a Godsend Having issues with transferring money from my current bank account here in China. Swapsy is a Godsend! I only wish I could transfer more than $300, as my credit union does not support Zelle. Overall, this is easier than going to the bank here in China! Please keep up the good work!

Fast. Simple. Affordable. A+ This is one of the few easy ways of exchanging money between CNY and USD. It's much easier than using banks and the results are guaranteed if you follow the instructions. Swap credits are easy to buy and priced cheaper than transfer services by banks or PayPal. I've been using this service from time to time for a few years and support has always been fast and helpful. I definitely recommend this service.

Reliable, fast and safe Swapsy is great. Have swapped hundreds of thousands of RMB for USD with zero issues. The longest it ever takes is about two days per swap, with most being well under 24 hours. The only feature I wish they would reintroduce is swaps for other currencies, or improve support for platforms that don't require a US bank account.

First transaction went smoothly First transaction went smoothly. Registered and started swap at noon and received the fund at night. During the period I was contacted by customer service to update the AliPay info, which asked for my email instead of phone for better privacy as the reason. It updated within minutes after I sent the info back. Overall great experience so far.
