GBI like Swapsy I like Swapsy, definitely easier to send money than going to a bank. My only issues with Swapsy is there customer service is does not exist. I have sent several messages to support and never get a response just the generic e-mail. The second is when we do a swap we have to pay within 30 minutes yet the other party gets up to 7 working days. We should be able to do two swaps at a time.

TWVery reliable, just a bit slow Great service and I've never had a problem with it. I just wish Swapsy would let you start a new trade once you've sent money and receipt has been confirmed but you are waiting for your trading partner to send money. Sometimes it can take a few days, and then Zelle might need more days to deposit the money. It also feels a bit punitive to give a 50 credit bonus if you confirm within an hour and 30 credits if you confirm within 8 hours, after you might have been waiting for 2 days already and with time differences you'll probably be asleep when they send it.

GBBeen using Swapsy since 2019 Been using Swapsy since 2019, works as advertised. Still feel kinda weird about sending money across to complete strangers after all this time, and really only had a couple of issues during the nearly 3 years of using. Overall, more convenient (and cheaper) than going to a bank. Only complaint is the lack of currency options, as my UK expat buddies can't use (Swapsy used to offer CAD, AUD, and GBP if I recall correctly, not sure what happened to them.)

GBNonexistence Customer Service + False Disputes I've used Swapsy roughly around 15 times within the past two months, and recently I've encountered my first-ever issue with the service. Recently someone I was swapping with, falsely reported they did not receive the funds, despite the uploaded screenshots proving my innocence Swapsy still asked me to provide additional screenshots. This wasn't an issue, besides the fact it took over twelve hours for Swapsy to simply reply with "Please wait while we contact recipient." So far, there haven't been any additional updates and it seems I will not be getting my funds anytime soon. This was for a transaction over $500, so I only recommend users using Swapsy for lesser amounts.
