GBVery easy to use Very easy to use, safe, secure, and efficient. Fees are quite minimal for a transaction service like this. It has made my life as an expat in China much easier.

GBI like Swapsy I like Swapsy, definitely easier to send money than going to a bank. My only issues with Swapsy is there customer service is does not exist. I have sent several messages to support and never get a response just the generic e-mail. The second is when we do a swap we have to pay within 30 minutes yet the other party gets up to 7 working days. We should be able to do two swaps at a time.

GBBeen using Swapsy since 2019 Been using Swapsy since 2019, works as advertised. Still feel kinda weird about sending money across to complete strangers after all this time, and really only had a couple of issues during the nearly 3 years of using. Overall, more convenient (and cheaper) than going to a bank. Only complaint is the lack of currency options, as my UK expat buddies can't use (Swapsy used to offer CAD, AUD, and GBP if I recall correctly, not sure what happened to them.)

GBHighly Recommend The process was super easy from the start. It's never taken me longer than a day to find a match for the funds I want to send. I have never had an issue with receiving my funds. This service has been vital to me over the last year. Highly recommend.
