GBI like Swapsy I like Swapsy, definitely easier to send money than going to a bank. My only issues with Swapsy is there customer service is does not exist. I have sent several messages to support and never get a response just the generic e-mail. The second is when we do a swap we have to pay within 30 minutes yet the other party gets up to 7 working days. We should be able to do two swaps at a time.

PHConvenient and Reliable I've conducted about 10 transactions through Swappsy so far, and each one has been timely and stress-free. Way more convenient (and much faster too) than than trying to do an international wire transfer from a Chinese bank!

GBSwapsy works great Swapsy works great. The only hang-up are their limitations for transferring funds. Our banks put a lot of limits on Zelle transfers, and Zelle has its own limitations too. We love everything else about this service. We would use it more if we could! We sure want to, but our banks won't let us.

GBNonexistence Customer Service + False Disputes I've used Swapsy roughly around 15 times within the past two months, and recently I've encountered my first-ever issue with the service. Recently someone I was swapping with, falsely reported they did not receive the funds, despite the uploaded screenshots proving my innocence Swapsy still asked me to provide additional screenshots. This wasn't an issue, besides the fact it took over twelve hours for Swapsy to simply reply with "Please wait while we contact recipient." So far, there haven't been any additional updates and it seems I will not be getting my funds anytime soon. This was for a transaction over $500, so I only recommend users using Swapsy for lesser amounts.

GBWorks great! I just added Alipay to my China eWallet and wanted to try it out. Since it was my first time, I uploaded the wrong Alipay 2D QR code for receiving money. Swapsy does a good job founding this out (though I'm not sure how, maybe they got notified by the party swapping money with me, or they have some built-in code to catch such dumb mistake by user?) and emailing to remind me of making corrections. Overall, transactions went through smoothly and timely. I've swapped 10+ times on Swapsy, and will certainly do more!
