Works great! I just added Alipay to my China eWallet and wanted to try it out. Since it was my first time, I uploaded the wrong Alipay 2D QR code for receiving money. Swapsy does a good job founding this out (though I'm not sure how, maybe they got notified by the party swapping money with me, or they have some built-in code to catch such dumb mistake by user?) and emailing to remind me of making corrections. Overall, transactions went through smoothly and timely. I've swapped 10+ times on Swapsy, and will certainly do more!

Used for two years, love it. I have used this service for two years and have been utterly impressed throughout. The Swapsy WeChat is responsive when there is a problem, responding within 30 minutes max. Sometimes there is a shortage of trades from USD to CNY, but as long as you keep refreshing you'll find one. Overall I often suggest this service to my expat friends as it is way cheaper and faster than wiring through a bank.

During the period I was contacted by customer service to update the AliPay info, which asked for my email instead of phone for better privacy as the reason. It updated within minutes after I sent the info back. Overall great experience so far.
