Doxy.me is a compliant platform for virtual sessions For the past three years, doxy.com has provided with a platform that is virtual friendly, hippa compliant, simple to use, and provides other tools that I am able to utilize with clients. Doxy.me also has the capabilities of providing a virtual background.

All the needed features! Yesterday a patient appeared in the virtual waiting room one hour early. It was easy to use the chat feature to reschedule quickly, taking only a few seconds from the session in progress that was wrapping up anyway. Doxy.me is user-friendly for patients on any phone or computer, with no downloads or codes. I can see who's in the waiting room. If I can't reply in real time, and can reach them later since I've seen that they had a problem.

I love Doxy.me I love Doxy.me! Great features, easy to use, great staff and services. I don't take advantage of all the great features as much as possible, but I know I have support if needed.

Simple I love that it's so simple for my clients & requires no registration/sign up for them. The only complaint I have is that from time to time I have connectivity or audio issues. I've learned the connectivity is related to using the Chrome browser as Doxy doesn't play nicely with other browsers but I'm all in for Chrome/Google as of last 2 months (Microsoft has gotten way too big for their britches in my opinion) so I just let my clients know.
