NLGreat software if you aim to cover all… Great software if you aim to cover all HR processes in one place. Initially, we bought it to cover our core HR needs, but later we shifted to using all Lanteria HR's modules (starting from Performance Management). I think there are some flaws in it, especially UI can be a bit overwhelming at first, but as you move further it gets easier.

You just simply have the full organization structure with access to employees learning, performance and absences modules. And you can simply operate with all of this stuff. As a manager, you can work with your team, as ex.: provide task and get feedback. I rate 5 stars to Lanteria HR.
