Once it’s implemented, Lanteria counts with all of the needed tools to manage human resources, you can see their absences, their knowledge, their salary information, coordinate their approval period, assign training, and much more. Regarding the reports it has a lot of potential, it comes with default reports, but you can customize your reports, and it’s pretty simple to do it. The cons, they don’t offer support in Spanish, which builds an idiomatic barrier for non-English speakers.
