The Performance module is like our own personal coach. It brings together everything we need to know about how our staff are doing. We can keep track of their progress, spot any areas that need work, and even predict future stars. This has made it a whole lot easier to make good decisions about our team. The 360 review feature and 1-1 check-ins have transformed how we do performance reviews. Instead of one-sided feedback, we're getting a well-rounded view from different perspectives. And with regular 1-1s, we're able to nip any issues in the bud and give our staff the support they need to shine. All in all, Lanteria HR is like our team's MVP, helping us understand and support our employees in ways we never could before.

I attended my very first Lanteria lunch… I attended my very first Lanteria lunch session and found it to be very informative. The system is easy to use and navigate through. We are currently using this tool for onboarding, workforce management and for performance reviews. There are, however, elements we could explore for onboarding, performance and workforce management that would help the business save time and increase retention of our current and future workforce

Lanteria offers an excellent product Lanteria offers an excellent product, with a specialized support team and robust documentation that helps a lot before, during, and after its implementation. Once it’s implemented, Lanteria counts with all of the needed tools to manage human resources, you can see their absences, their knowledge, their salary information, coordinate their approval period, assign training, and much more. Regarding the reports it has a lot of potential, it comes with default reports, but you can customize your reports, and it’s pretty simple to do it. The cons, they don’t offer support in Spanish, which builds an idiomatic barrier for non-English speakers.
