COLanteria offers an excellent product Lanteria offers an excellent product, with a specialized support team and robust documentation that helps a lot before, during, and after its implementation. Once it’s implemented, Lanteria counts with all of the needed tools to manage human resources, you can see their absences, their knowledge, their salary information, coordinate their approval period, assign training, and much more. Regarding the reports it has a lot of potential, it comes with default reports, but you can customize your reports, and it’s pretty simple to do it. The cons, they don’t offer support in Spanish, which builds an idiomatic barrier for non-English speakers.

AUFantastic, Intuitive Interface The platform itself is incredibly intuitive and easy to use but in the case of any questions/uncertainty, the team are always friendly and willing to help out promptly. It's also really helpful to be able to perform so many functions from the one platform. Clearly, a lot of work has gone into creating the platform and ensuring it is functional for all users, and it shows in the customer experience.

NLGreat software if you aim to cover all… Great software if you aim to cover all HR processes in one place. Initially, we bought it to cover our core HR needs, but later we shifted to using all Lanteria HR's modules (starting from Performance Management). I think there are some flaws in it, especially UI can be a bit overwhelming at first, but as you move further it gets easier.

You just simply have the full organization structure with access to employees learning, performance and absences modules. And you can simply operate with all of this stuff. As a manager, you can work with your team, as ex.: provide task and get feedback. I rate 5 stars to Lanteria HR.
