After countless attempts for support with Microsoft Office (Paid Support might I add), Muhammad with Clerk Chat had to end up resolving my issues. He has been there every step of the way ensuring me that I was not alone, sending me videos to show me what to do and video meeting with me when I was frustrated. My whole team of 6 is now up and running with the minimal amount of purchased products from Microsoft office might I also mention that Microsoft did not know what products I actually needed and could not get me set up to save any of us. Now all of my staff are able to sms using clerk and call using teams. We even set up on hold music & ring all user groups. We are still having a few issues with importing our contacts but clerk's support team is working on trying to find a resolution. I do not regret my decision at all. I slowly started pursuing Clerk about a year ago and I never decided to join till just recently.
