GBNot the best support. It took over a year to actually have our system shipped, setup and working. We are actually only 85% complete. I just got tired of the hassle. Our fax line number actually got taken from us, and we still have no fax setup. This is two years later. The phone system has never been completely setup. No auto attendant, no voice mail. We have adapted. Just not great.

GBVoip PBX Express has not adopted the idea of post sale mediocrity As the years in the IT industry pile on I have seen a rapid decline in customer service, post sale. Voip PBX Express has not adopted this idea of mediocrity. Scot, Jane, Jacob and anyone else that has worked here or currently does has always been great. Knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Try calling Cisco on a Sunday to get support, you may have to give your left arm. This is not the case with Voip PBX. I have many of these cisco systems throughout WA state and they have always functioned just as they should. In short, affordable enterprise grade equipment and great people to work with. Highly recommended.

GBTerrific Company with a lot of Support Working with VoIP PBX Express is terrific. They were very quick to get the unit shipped out to us and very responsive with questions. We did have one hiccup that was the result of a miscommunication when we switched our office lines over to the new system but other than that everything has been great. They even sent a replacement for a defective unit no questions asked. The programming is fairly complicated and often requires a tech from PBX Express to do it but they are responsive and very helpful with teaching you have to use and configure your system. Specifically working with Scot has been a breeze. He's been super helpful configuring our system and showing me how to use it.

GBJacob and Connor have been great to… Jacob and Connor have been great to deal with. I would have rated the company 5 stars except several times I called and wasn't able talk to someone (even a support person) immediately on any phone number I called for the company. Calls are returned but the back and forth communication can create delays in getting things accomplished.
