GBTerrific Company with a lot of Support Working with VoIP PBX Express is terrific. They were very quick to get the unit shipped out to us and very responsive with questions. We did have one hiccup that was the result of a miscommunication when we switched our office lines over to the new system but other than that everything has been great. They even sent a replacement for a defective unit no questions asked. The programming is fairly complicated and often requires a tech from PBX Express to do it but they are responsive and very helpful with teaching you have to use and configure your system. Specifically working with Scot has been a breeze. He's been super helpful configuring our system and showing me how to use it.

GBJacob was essential at solving our problems Jacob helped us enable 2 telephone ports on our 4-line switch. He explained everything he was doing clearly and concisely, as well as assisted in testing each line one by one to ensure they were all working correctly. Not only did he solve that problem, he also notified me of 2 fans inside the switch that required maintenance. This will save our company time and money replacing those fans now, rather then waiting for them to break and having to buy a whole new system. His advice allows us to take preventative action to avoid a disaster level problem. Thank you for all of your help and I highly recommend their services.

CATwo systems worked good. We bought two IP-phone systems, one has been running for three years, the other one two years, both work good. Client help during initial setup was helpful. One tip: Change the default password to strengthen the security.
