Two systems worked good. We bought two IP-phone systems, one has been running for three years, the other one two years, both work good. Client help during initial setup was helpful. One tip: Change the default password to strengthen the security.

Jacob was essential at solving our problems Jacob helped us enable 2 telephone ports on our 4-line switch. He explained everything he was doing clearly and concisely, as well as assisted in testing each line one by one to ensure they were all working correctly. Not only did he solve that problem, he also notified me of 2 fans inside the switch that required maintenance. This will save our company time and money replacing those fans now, rather then waiting for them to break and having to buy a whole new system.
