GBI highly recommend Folio for every Realtor I highly recommend Folio by Amitree for every realtor out there. The system helped me to stay organized even when I had a ton of transactions going at once. I love the fact that I can include the lender and co-op on the timeline as well, so there is never any confusing about when items are due. Their customer service is impeccable too!
