GBI love the ability to organize and keep… I love the ability to organize and keep everything all in one place. I especially appreciate the archiving and pdf function at the end of each transaction. The only reason I reserve 1 star is because I wish it would automatically label in a better way. Even when I add all contacts to a transaction and use the label/address in the subject line, those emails often do not get labeled and I have to manually label almost everything.

GBFolio is an essential for any agent Folio is an essential for any real estate agent. It saves me time and transaction coordinator fees. The calendar reminders are great at ensuring everyone is on the same page and saves me work. The PDF of emails makes it so easy to submit my logs.
