Contract to close perfection! I’ve used Folio for about 4 years and it has been nothing short of amazing. It’s the perfect contract to close tool for anyone with a real estate business- it essentially eliminates the need for a Transaction Coordinator! I get compliments often from partners and clients for being so “on top of things” and “well organized” and I have to thank Folio for that. I love Folio!

I would not be able to run my business… I would not be able to run my business without folio!! The timelines keep me, and everyone else in the transaction, on track. Great extension for Gmail Great extension for Gmail. I use it for all my transactions, most clients seem to find it useful but really it helps me just as much as them if not more.

FOLIO Rocks! I have been using Folio for several years now and just upgraded to the Team version! I am very happy with this system and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a grasp on their business but just isn't the micro-organizing type of mind. This program keeps you on top of it all.
