USTimelines "disappear" Regularly The timelines seem to "disappear" from team members viewing often and I have to resend. It is also frustrating to have to wait for responses only online. Some things really would be solved more quickly with a phone call. Lastly, I would love to have the option to differentiate timelines on my calendar, by color and by naming.

USFolio is an essential for any agent Folio is an essential for any real estate agent. It saves me time and transaction coordinator fees. The calendar reminders are great at ensuring everyone is on the same page and saves me work. The PDF of emails makes it so easy to submit my logs.

USBeware of Amitree Billing From right off the bat we knew Folio was not working for us. I cancelled the account however a year later I get charged $228 for a renewal subscription. I was surprised and contacted them. They had sent me three emails to notify me of an automatic renewal although my account was cancelled they had my credit card info and charged it. Their emails (which I never opened since I wasn’t using them) enables their policy to charge you and not refund. After emailing their customer service it’s quite clear they don’t see the value in the customer just their policy and refused to refund me even with a canceled account. I don’t write many reviews but you better pay attention to their billing tactics.
