I love the ability to organize and keep… I love the ability to organize and keep everything all in one place. I especially appreciate the archiving and pdf function at the end of each transaction. The only reason I reserve 1 star is because I wish it would automatically label in a better way. Even when I add all contacts to a transaction and use the label/address in the subject line, those emails often do not get labeled and I have to manually label almost everything.

Like the idea. So I really like the idea but this could be much better. Setting everything up is annoying, it crashes sometimes and I have to start over. It very rarely has the transaction correct as to active or under contract. Just needs a good revamping. Will continue to us though. Would also like to have my contact information shared better. Right now I'm adding myself as a service provider and if their name is before J then they pop up above me. It is the best one I've found so far, so that's something.

Great way to keep organized Not sure how I would keep my transactions straight and who belongs to which property and my inbox cleaned up without Folio?!

I would not be able to run my business… I would not be able to run my business without folio!! The timelines keep me, and everyone else in the transaction, on track. The email folders save me time that I would spend hunting through hundreds of emails and searching for contacts. I am so thankful for this service.
