Contract to close perfection! I’ve used Folio for about 4 years and it has been nothing short of amazing. It’s the perfect contract to close tool for anyone with a real estate business- it essentially eliminates the need for a Transaction Coordinator! I get compliments often from partners and clients for being so “on top of things” and “well organized” and I have to thank Folio for that. I love Folio!

Great extension for Gmail Great extension for Gmail. I use it for all my transactions, most clients seem to find it useful but really it helps me just as much as them if not more.
