GBBeware of Amitree Billing From right off the bat we knew Folio was not working for us. I cancelled the account however a year later I get charged $228 for a renewal subscription. I was surprised and contacted them. They had sent me three emails to notify me of an automatic renewal although my account was cancelled they had my credit card info and charged it. Their emails (which I never opened since I wasn’t using them) enables their policy to charge you and not refund. After emailing their customer service it’s quite clear they don’t see the value in the customer just their policy and refused to refund me even with a canceled account. I don’t write many reviews but you better pay attention to their billing tactics.
