Folio is so helpful for keeping me and… Folio is so helpful for keeping me and my clients on the same page. In addition, the customer service is second to none. I was so lucky to be helped by Charmaine. I couldn't believe how responsive she was helping me through a few navigational issues (my end not theirs). FOLIO Rocks! I have been using Folio for several years now and just upgraded to the Team version! I am very happy with this system and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a grasp on their business but just isn't the micro-organizing type of mind. This program keeps you on top of it all.

This is the BEST way to keep my clients… This is the BEST way to keep my clients on track! I get compliments from the agents and other people involved in the transaction on how easy it is and how impressive it looks. I set the templates up in advance and BOOM, I am done with new transactions in 2 minutes with the updated info for each offer. LOVE this!!! NEVER go away, I will cry!!!
