Organization is Key to getting killer client reviews! I have done Los Angeles Westside residential real estate sales since 1999 and this is definitely one of the best tools to: 1. Help your clients stay on track of transaction timeframes with the timeline & list key contacts for the transaction all in 1 place 2. Keep myself on top of all transaction details using the timeline (which helps me stay organized and avoid forgetting things) 3. It makes the process of gathering emails for the Communication Log that's required by my company totally effortless

This is the BEST way to keep my clients… This is the BEST way to keep my clients on track! I get compliments from the agents and other people involved in the transaction on how easy it is and how impressive it looks. I set the templates up in advance and BOOM, I am done with new transactions in 2 minutes with the updated info for each offer. LOVE this!!! NEVER go away, I will cry!!!
