GBLove Gympass options and customer support My family and I love the Gympass perk provided by my organization. We have all found local gyms that work for us and like the variety to switch it up. When I have an inquiry about my account and the college age dependents that I add/remove the customer service has been exceptional. I always receive a swift reply, and everyone has been helpful and professional.

GBGreat progress in variety and number of gyms! I've been a user for almost a couple years and the number of gyms is growing faster now than in the beginning and they released a new app that is awesome. I love all the options, and the access to trainers, nutritionists, and variety. The new app makes finding and booking classes much easier and smoother. Great work, Gympass team!

GBGympass is Life Changing Gympass has changed my families lives! We look forward to checking into the gym almost daily and our son has made the best friends in this new community. He doesn't even ask if we are going to the gym today, he asks if we are going to "Gympass" haha. GBThis is the worst company you can give… This is the worst company you can give your money to. the customer service is absolutely useless. You can never access the help center, the website crashes every single time you try and when it's actually working, it claims your password is wrong. I've reset my password more than a hundred times. Now to the main problem, they are abhorrent at their job. For over 2 weeks I have not been able to access the gym because the stupid app simply won't check me in. You're basically wasting your money with this useless platform
