I get it through my work and it's been an absolute game-changer for my overall health and physical activity. On a whim, I can try new studios and workouts without dealing with changing membership, expensive day passes, or any paperwork. Also love that I can stream classes from home and get some great apps to help me sleep and meditate.

This is the worst company you can give… This is the worst company you can give your money to. the customer service is absolutely useless. You can never access the help center, the website crashes every single time you try and when it's actually working, it claims your password is wrong. I've reset my password more than a hundred times. Now to the main problem, they are abhorrent at their job. For over 2 weeks I have not been able to access the gym because the stupid app simply won't check me in. You're basically wasting your money with this useless platform

Love Gympass options and customer support My family and I love the Gympass perk provided by my organization. We have all found local gyms that work for us and like the variety to switch it up. When I have an inquiry about my account and the college age dependents that I add/remove the customer service has been exceptional. I always receive a swift reply, and everyone has been helpful and professional.

It's effortless to locate a gym wherever I am and start exercising. Gympass is easily my top perk. Their customer service is excellent; I can quickly get assistance through chat or email and receive prompt responses. The new gyms added over the past year have made Gympass an invaluable investment for me, and the app has improved significantly.
