My favorite Benefit! Even with plenty of reasons to skip daily workouts, Gympass isn't one of them for me. Gympass motivates me to hit the gym regularly. It's effortless to locate a gym wherever I am and start exercising. Gympass is easily my top perk. Their customer service is excellent; I can quickly get assistance through chat or email and receive prompt responses. The new gyms added over the past year have made Gympass an invaluable investment for me, and the app has improved significantly.

Great until you want to cancel. Great until you want to cancel. Been trying to cancel for months now couldn’t cancel on app as described on help forum. Couldn’t change payment date so wanted to cancel as they were taking out of account week before payday never agreed to this date and couldn’t change. Also can’t delete your card details on app tried changing to a different card but just added those card details on top of the ones they had allready so they could try two accounts instead of one. Which is shocking in itself. Sure that is a breach of data protection. Anyway after countless emails and speaking with a heliosa last wk I requested both plans to be cancelled and once again payment taken again this wk absolutely fuming about this and emailing again as still not resolved. Would go as far to say they will try to scam you out of your money when cancelling and use ruthless tactics to do so. Options greyed out of app when trying to cancel leaving only emails to contact them shocking tactics really.

Affordable way to access various gym venues An affordable way to have access to various gyms - I have two great gyms in my area and it is nice that I don't have to choose just one but on different days I can go to each gym (it is great). It is also nice when I travel to other cities as I just show my gym pass for the day - so useful! I don't do anything fancy, just weights and exercise bikes but for those looking for more, there are other options.

This is the worst company you can give… This is the worst company you can give your money to. the customer service is absolutely useless. You can never access the help center, the website crashes every single time you try and when it's actually working, it claims your password is wrong. I've reset my password more than a hundred times. Now to the main problem, they are abhorrent at their job. For over 2 weeks I have not been able to access the gym because the stupid app simply won't check me in. You're basically wasting your money with this useless platform

Gympass? Nah, I think not. Gympass is just another way for corporations to pretend that they are taking care of their employees - they spend peanuts on these useless benefit add-ons instead of fairly compensating their staff. As for Gympass itself - there's very little value here - anyone who works out or trains seriously won't be wasting time with this. However, if you got money and time to waste on useless stuff, then maybe this is for you.
