This is the worst company you can give… This is the worst company you can give your money to. the customer service is absolutely useless. You can never access the help center, the website crashes every single time you try and when it's actually working, it claims your password is wrong. I've reset my password more than a hundred times. Now to the main problem, they are abhorrent at their job. For over 2 weeks I have not been able to access the gym because the stupid app simply won't check me in. You're basically wasting your money with this useless platform

Amazing Benefit! Wow, I can't believe how awesome Gympass is! It's such an incredible platform that has opened up a world of opportunities for me. Thanks to my company for offering this awesome benefit, I now have access to countless gyms and studios that I could never have afforded on my own. What's even better is that Gympass isn't just limited to gym access. I also love that I can use MyFitnessPal and Headspace to support my nutritional and mental health within the same platform. My favorite Benefit! Even with plenty of reasons to skip daily workouts, Gympass isn't one of them for me. Gympass motivates me to hit the gym regularly. It's effortless to locate a gym wherever I am and start exercising. Gympass is easily my top perk. Their customer service is excellent; I can quickly get assistance through chat or email and receive prompt responses. The new gyms added over the past year have made Gympass an invaluable investment for me, and the app has improved significantly.

Love Gympass options and customer support My family and I love the Gympass perk provided by my organization. We have all found local gyms that work for us and like the variety to switch it up. When I have an inquiry about my account and the college age dependents that I add/remove the customer service has been exceptional. I always receive a swift reply, and everyone has been helpful and professional.
