Genuinely useful and effective program Genuinely useful and effective program! I have had Shift for several years to support my multiple email accounts from different sources. It is easy to use, simple, and helpful. The only reason why I don't give this five stars is that I doesn't have perfect integration with all emails. I recommend this program.

Do Away with Multiple Browsers and Tabs Before shift I had three monitors with three different browsers- Chrome, Edge, and Firefox- open with 20+ tabs each. Finding things was next to impossible and the amount of memory that was taken up by all these open tabs was just insane. Shift and workspaces makes all of that unnecessary.

The most important product change you… The most important product change you can make is figuring out a way to break out a new shift window. I know it seems counterintuitive but when I have a client who uses goog meet/hangouts, I can't share the tab and view them like I would in zoom. It's a real headache. I have to open up chrome, log into the right gmail account and then share my deck on that window in chrome because I can't easily do it in Shift.

Save me LOADS of time! Shift helps me streamline my days by having all of my productivity apps in one place: email, calendar, CRM, Trello & social media. It helps me stay organised, and makes it really easy to navigate between everything that I need, rather than having to have lots of browser tabs open, saving me LOADS of time!

Very unreliable, keeps crashing and extremely POOR customer support I have tried to use Shift on 3 different devices (1 PC and 2 Mac) and its been terrible experience. Every time I am in the middle of something or try to open a new tab the entire app would crash randomly. Specifically if I search for a document on Google Drive and open in a new tab the app would crash. It also lacks some basic features like reopening a closed tab. Their customer service would always ask you to clear all the data, restart or try a fresh install instead of actually analyzing the logs to identify what went wrong and how to fix it. I also provided specific steps for them to reproduce the issue 100% of the times but their only solution is to reset when in doubt. If you are a light user it may work for you, but the main use of Shift is for power user which defeats the purpose. Back to using Chrome as my main browser.
