GBVery unreliable, keeps crashing and extremely POOR customer support I have tried to use Shift on 3 different devices (1 PC and 2 Mac) and its been terrible experience. Every time I am in the middle of something or try to open a new tab the entire app would crash randomly. Specifically if I search for a document on Google Drive and open in a new tab the app would crash. It also lacks some basic features like reopening a closed tab. Their customer service would always ask you to clear all the data, restart or try a fresh install instead of actually analyzing the logs to identify what went wrong and how to fix it. I also provided specific steps for them to reproduce the issue 100% of the times but their only solution is to reset when in doubt. If you are a light user it may work for you, but the main use of Shift is for power user which defeats the purpose. Back to using Chrome as my main browser.

AUSave me LOADS of time! Shift helps me streamline my days by having all of my productivity apps in one place: email, calendar, CRM, Trello & social media. It helps me stay organised, and makes it really easy to navigate between everything that I need, rather than having to have lots of browser tabs open, saving me LOADS of time!

GBDo Away with Multiple Browsers and Tabs Before shift I had three monitors with three different browsers- Chrome, Edge, and Firefox- open with 20+ tabs each. Finding things was next to impossible and the amount of memory that was taken up by all these open tabs was just insane. Shift and workspaces makes all of that unnecessary.

GBGoing the Extra Mile My review is specific to the Support Team. I recently had a challenge and submitted a ticket for help. Jessica L (Product Manager) was wonderful and helped me investigate the issue, even going as far as brainstorming with me as I didn't have all of the info they needed to rectify the situation. She could've easily brushed me off but instead went the extra mile, something very unheard of these days. Jordan (Customer Success Specialist) helped close my ticket and was just as supportive. Major thank you to these two individuals for their superb customer support skills and for making our entire exchange enjoyable. You guys rock!

GBI couldn't do something as small as… I couldn't do something as small as bookmark a page, and we went back and forth probably 5 or 6 emails, and the Shift team was always very prompt and clear on what they needed from me. Honestly, I held off on contacting because I felt it wasn't worth the hassle, and I wish I'd reached out sooner. Very impressed.
