DEThe most important product change you… The most important product change you can make is figuring out a way to break out a new shift window. I know it seems counterintuitive but when I have a client who uses goog meet/hangouts, I can't share the tab and view them like I would in zoom. It's a real headache. I have to open up chrome, log into the right gmail account and then share my deck on that window in chrome because I can't easily do it in Shift.

GBI couldn't do something as small as… I couldn't do something as small as bookmark a page, and we went back and forth probably 5 or 6 emails, and the Shift team was always very prompt and clear on what they needed from me.
