DEThe most important product change you… The most important product change you can make is figuring out a way to break out a new shift window. I know it seems counterintuitive but when I have a client who uses goog meet/hangouts, I can't share the tab and view them like I would in zoom. It's a real headache. I have to open up chrome, log into the right gmail account and then share my deck on that window in chrome because I can't easily do it in Shift.

This has seriously been a stress reducer for me as I have one app to view 20+ different tools I use. It's a serious lifesaver.
