Thank You and Reccomendation You added the ability to add custom logos back! It may seem small, but it keeps me so much more organized. A potential new feature would be a way to integrate the calendars of your accounts. Like CalendarBridge.

🤩 Brings order to disorder - All my tools in one place - email, chat, social I am a guy who gets message across so many different platforms (slack, Monday.com, google chat, WhatsApp, Twitter, Messenger, the list goes on), and Shift makes organizing all my comms and saas products in one easy-to-manage tool. This has seriously been a stress reducer for me as I have one app to view 20+ different tools I use. It's a serious lifesaver.

Great customer service If you've ever had an issue with an app that was crashing, etc. and reported it, you usually get no response. With Shift, that experience was totally different. They helped me revert back to a previous version, let me know that a beta version was ready to test (if I wanted to use that) and then let me know the program was updated and functioning properly. All of this within about a month or two. I truly appreciate the follow up and follow through on getting things working and communicating with me.

Going the Extra Mile My review is specific to the Support Team. I recently had a challenge and submitted a ticket for help. Jessica L (Product Manager) was wonderful and helped me investigate the issue, even going as far as brainstorming with me as I didn't have all of the info they needed to rectify the situation. She could've easily brushed me off but instead went the extra mile, something very unheard of these days. Jordan (Customer Success Specialist) helped close my ticket and was just as supportive. Major thank you to these two individuals for their superb customer support skills and for making our entire exchange enjoyable. You guys rock!

What would I do without Shift? Since starting to use Shift, my work organization has been perfect! I run two small businesses, and manage for another, so having ALL my emails and docs available in once place is super helpful. There have been some small software issues in the past, but the Shift Team is SO FAST to fixing it. They're always available to answer questions, and they make it make sense. I tell everyone about Shift! Love it!
