Best app for organization! Best app for organization! I absolutely love Shift and I've been using it for a few years now. While managing multiple businesses/email accounts, this is the perfect solution to not be overwhelmed and seamlessly go back and forth between accounts without having a mess of tabs open. The only thing I dislike is that they still don't have ad block capability and it is incredibly annoying having ad emails in my gmail accounts.

Super easy to resolve a dual account… Super easy to resolve a dual account issue. 1 email describing what was going on, a solution was offered straight away and the work was done immediately. Feels like a rare thing these days to have quick, efficient and positive customer service.

Going the Extra Mile My review is specific to the Support Team. I recently had a challenge and submitted a ticket for help. Jessica L (Product Manager) was wonderful and helped me investigate the issue, even going as far as brainstorming with me as I didn't have all of the info they needed to rectify the situation. She could've easily brushed me off but instead went the extra mile, something very unheard of these days. Jordan (Customer Success Specialist) helped close my ticket and was just as supportive. Major thank you to these two individuals for their superb customer support skills and for making our entire exchange enjoyable. You guys rock!

Great customer service If you've ever had an issue with an app that was crashing, etc. and reported it, you usually get no response. With Shift, that experience was totally different. They helped me revert back to a previous version, let me know that a beta version was ready to test (if I wanted to use that) and then let me know the program was updated and functioning properly. All of this within about a month or two. I truly appreciate the follow up and follow through on getting things working and communicating with me.

The most important product change you… The most important product change you can make is figuring out a way to break out a new shift window. I know it seems counterintuitive but when I have a client who uses goog meet/hangouts, I can't share the tab and view them like I would in zoom. It's a real headache. I have to open up chrome, log into the right gmail account and then share my deck on that window in chrome because I can't easily do it in Shift.
