GBI couldn't do something as small as… I couldn't do something as small as bookmark a page, and we went back and forth probably 5 or 6 emails, and the Shift team was always very prompt and clear on what they needed from me. GBGreat product. Great product that has eliminated many extra open programs on my desktop. Regular updates let you know the team is active and constantly improving the platform. I'm a contractor so I need to be checking multiple email inboxes constantly. I can just leave Shift open on one of my monitors and know that I will get notified any time I need to act on something without having to switch email logins every few minutes.

GBGreat customer service If you've ever had an issue with an app that was crashing, etc. and reported it, you usually get no response. With Shift, that experience was totally different. They helped me revert back to a previous version, let me know that a beta version was ready to test (if I wanted to use that) and then let me know the program was updated and functioning properly. All of this within about a month or two. I truly appreciate the follow up and follow through on getting things working and communicating with me.
