Test happened on time Test happened on time, people observing were excellent, they explained what we had to do all the way through the process. Result record was sent within 30 mins of completing. We did have some trouble at end taking result picture, but they quickly resolved the problem. Only issue I have is to review results from email, you must have their app on your phone, no PDF is sent with the results email.
