NLHighly recommended Highly recommended! Six of us needed antigen test certificates in two days, but we didn’t want to significantly interrupt our vacation in Croatia to get them done. We all did a proctored test from onboard our private catamaran. It was so quick and easy and saved us much time (and money).

USEven with poor Wi-Fi they came through Due to a specific window for testing requested by our tour operator, we had to test with a crappy hotel Wi-fi. (i.e. not the fault of Azova, but of the hotel) We had several calls that were dropped, and even entering information was painfully slow. However, the customer service worked with us and was very patient with our Wi-Fi problems. Even when we called again, but got a different operator, they were very friendly in keeping on top of our case.

GBResults confirmation took way longer than 3 hours We had our video antigen tests at 4pm the day before our flight to USA. The video call went OK although felt impersonal to be speaking to a black screen and we couldn't see our reflection to know the caller could see all 3 of us doing the tests simultaneously. We were told we would receive the fit to fly certificate within 3 hours. At 10:30pm we hadn't received an email so i called them and the automated answering service informed me the office was closed until 8am. We couldn't check in to our flight online without uploading the certificate. Eventually the first email came through just after 11pm and we had them all by 11:25pm. It added to what was already quite a stressful ordeal.

CAEverything about it was easy Everything about it was easy. Was able to book a testing time slot same day within a few minutes, test instructions were easy to follow, results were easy to download and later upload to airline. Would use again but hopefully this stupid pandemic is over.

CAThis was unnecessarily complicated and… This was unnecessarily complicated and stressful. I kept getting error messages about my billing address being wrong (which it wasn’t) and having a duplicate submission even though nothing successfully went through. Luckily my partner was doing a test at the same time and I was able to talk to his agent. This company should look at what Switch Health is doing as it is 10x easier.
