GBCOVID-19 witnessed test Scheduling a witnessed COVID-19 antigen test was easy. When my appointment time came the representative contacted me promptly. Her audio quality was terrible, with a lot of echo, crackle, and background noise, but she managed to improve it somewhat. The instructions for proceeding with the test were not entirely clear; a set of clear step-by-step instructions visible on the website would help. After the test incubation period was over, I was contacted promptly, my test witnessed, and a PDF report sent quickly. Trying to find the PDF on my account website was not easy, but I succeeded. Overall, B+ ... glad to have it done. I would use AZOVA again.

GBWonderful services AZOVA provided wonderful services for my COVID 19 testing needs while abroad. Fast and courteous service, easy to schedule, instant results. The test was accepted by Delta Airlines/KLM and it was inexpensive ($20 for the telehealth watching session). A slight billing error was correctly instantly as well and very professionally by Kemli H. from AZOVA Customer Support. AZOVA is clearly the way to go for testing!

GBEasy even for Seniors who don't communicate online. We are seniors who do not do a lot of online communicating; however, Spencer made this exceptionally easy for our testing. It's a little tricky using either the app or website, but in the end we had our results in the amount of time they advised we would. We'll be using them again in our international travel.

CAThis was unnecessarily complicated and… This was unnecessarily complicated and stressful. I kept getting error messages about my billing address being wrong (which it wasn’t) and having a duplicate submission even though nothing successfully went through. Luckily my partner was doing a test at the same time and I was able to talk to his agent. This company should look at what Switch Health is doing as it is 10x easier.
