GBEasy even for Seniors who don't communicate online. We are seniors who do not do a lot of online communicating; however, Spencer made this exceptionally easy for our testing. It's a little tricky using either the app or website, but in the end we had our results in the amount of time they advised we would. We'll be using them again in our international travel.

GBI’m writing this review to gives Kudos… I’m writing this review to gives Kudos to the agent who assisted me. This was the first time I used the AZOVA service. Zara was my agent. She was wonderful! She reviewed my account screen and edited what was necessary to complete my profile. Zara was professional, patient and had a great sense of humor. I so enjoyed the set up experience and getting my appointment made. Zara is a treasure. She’d be a great orientation instructor for new agents. Well done AZOVA!

GBTest happened on time Test happened on time, people observing were excellent, they explained what we had to do all the way through the process. Result record was sent within 30 mins of completing. We did have some trouble at end taking result picture, but they quickly resolved the problem. Only issue I have is to review results from email, you must have their app on your phone, no PDF is sent with the results email.

CAVideo observation seamless Our experience with Azova video observation for our rapid test was seamless. I was anxious about the process, however our proctor Cedrick C. was very helpful throughout the whole call. Everything was very organized from the instructions to the results. I am glad I discovered Azova, so now I can travel in peace. Alia

GBResults confirmation took way longer than 3 hours We had our video antigen tests at 4pm the day before our flight to USA. The video call went OK although felt impersonal to be speaking to a black screen and we couldn't see our reflection to know the caller could see all 3 of us doing the tests simultaneously. We were told we would receive the fit to fly certificate within 3 hours. At 10:30pm we hadn't received an email so i called them and the automated answering service informed me the office was closed until 8am. We couldn't check in to our flight online without uploading the certificate. Eventually the first email came through just after 11pm and we had them all by 11:25pm. It added to what was already quite a stressful ordeal.
